This is the Wild Summer Botanical Gin from the Glendalough distillers in Ireland. They have a gin recipe for each season, each with different botanicals and a different flavour profile. This one is packed with aromas of green meadows in the middle of summer - light, enjoyably grassy and subtly sweet.

On the nose, fresh Spring notes with juniper, citrus, pine. A forest clearing in bloom. Cool and mellow on the palate at first, rushing to nectarous summer flowers and hints of Autumn fruits finally giving way to warm spice. Long and sylvan finish, with warm winter spices.
